Returns are only accepted for unused, unmounted, and unplayed heads.  If you put it on your drum, you keep it. 

 

Please contact us before returning any heads.  You must have a return authorization before sending heads back. 

 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must include tracking (delivery confirmation). 

 

Only the cost of the heads will be refunded. Shipping both ways is non-refundable.
